Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Our Cancellation Policy is applicable to all bookings at Grand Leroy, Yeshwanthpur. We provide 100% retention for 1 night on FIT bookings with the time period being less than 48 hours.
2. We also provide 100% retention for group bookings if it is less than 5 days and 50% retention for 1 night if it is less than 7 days.
3. The refund amount for cancellation will be credited to the customer's account within 7 working days.

1. Our check-in/check-out policy states that the check-in of our customers should be at 12:00 PM and the check-out will be at 11:00 AM the next day.
2. 50% of the day charges are applied if the customer checks in early or checks out late by a period of more than 3 hours or less than 6 hours.
3. 100% of the day charges are applied if the early check-in or late check-out period is more than 6 hours.

1. Our Children Policy states that a total of 2 children below 5 years of age per room are allowed for free.
2. All the children between 6-12 years of age are charged as per our hotel policy.
3. All the children above 12 years of age are charged as per the charges of an adult/extra person in a room.
